Its corrosive on society. Lives ruined, careers destroyed, reputations damaged, civil rights repressed, outcomes changed, money stolen. How can anyone trust in free and fair anything with this sort of attack infrastructure meddling in everything?

Don’t know if I’m late to find out “idiotes” did not originally refer to arrested development but to someone who did not belong to a tribe or political group, hence the term “idiot hair”. Basically political iconoclasm was not that viable, as Pericles is getting at

Painting lulls can be hard to get out of. I’ve found packing up some paints and doing it in a store is a way to power through. Sounds like you got your groove back though

I don't get why novels. I mean, people can enjoy what they want and I'm not gonna stomp my feet, but it's Warhammer. It's like people deciding to make angsty novels about Nemesis the Warlock or Judge Dredd. ...and I just Googled before I put my foot in my mouth, those exist and are apparently huge.

I see it as an extension of what weve been doing to Norse and Greek mythology in RPGs, just with the ones still ticking

Seems like the broader “We’d probably put a lot of differences aside in face of an alien invasion” angle just a millennium ago with Demons

Originally a kitchen sink setting with Rogue Trader as a sci-fi setting where your WW2 historicals could fight Orcs, etc. Gained a life of its own over the years as an over-the-top Gothic Fantasy, and separate Gothic Fantasy in Space setting

Secondary color scheme to finish off #MerMay There are a lot of fidgety areas and I hit her with a brush of black paint trying to get the rocks done twice. Happy with the mini, but more so with successful paint coverups #miniatures #minipainting #art #painting #3dprinting #d&d #mermaid

I don't know what the deadline was for #Mermay or what the requirements were or if it was a general painting theme for the month or a more pointed movement. If you are a more in-the-know painter and can guide me for next month, plz #miniatures #minipainting #art #painting #3dprinting #d&d #mermaid

Hello, I ordered two Buena Vista Hibiscus starter plants. One is doing well but the other had a string of bad luck and is now wilting. I can't find advice online beyond keep it dry or stimulate the roots (which kind of contradicts). I would like to save this one too if there are any tips.

Rogue Trader is largely considered an abandoned version of the setting (though they do sell a hardcover re-release of the book in my local store). Chaos Orks have disappeared from the rules for a long time, but are still referenced in fluff as extremely rare. I think these NurgleBoyz are 4th ed.

Rogue Trader says Khorne's appearance has an Orkish aspect because of their love of bloodshed. Slaanesh's existence is on the Eldar, and they have been known to embrace the others, even pre-fall. Fantasy Flight RPGs mention chaos-pledged xenos. I abhor BL but they're mentioned in those too.
