Yeah we're functional. This tastes great, would make again.

Dijon mustard, chinese five spice, tabasco sauce, a can of skyline chili, a 1-pound box of orzo pasta; a nonstick pan with beef broth and loose ingredience.

The chili, and a large scoop of grean pees, now incorporated into the pan.

The finished product. It is a kind of goulash. I have dressed it with typical chili fixings -- a little bit of sour cream and shredded cheese.

This has been a test of my constancy (not wonderful), but also my patience in "doing things right", as well as my adaptability in "trying new things". I learned a lot about myself during this time.

There's a few! The wood carving knives I'm looking at come in lots of shapes, but they all have small blades with a large wooden handle, and most of them have a straight edge and simple bevel. Some of them are hook shaped, which looks neat! but those aren't for until I really need them
