VAMPIRE ANGEL (MORROWIND PILLED) -🔞🩸 @devilatelier.bsky.social · 2h

It's funny, because it never fully worked. It gave him purpose, but he remained haunted by the past. But he imparted the Light's teachings to two of his charges, Astoril and Karael. Syllen adopted them formally and they took on his last name. They fully intended to take his place when he retired.

Syllen was deeply scarred as a consequence of his time serving in war. But it was there that he saved the life of Livius Bloodsworn, and it resulted in the most meaningful relationship he ever had. After the war, Syllen became a priest of the Light, in the hopes it would mend his mental wounds.

THANK YOU SO MUCH IM, BEYOND HONORED YOU THINK SO 😭😭😭 Lightsbane is a contradictory character in many ways in that he's both monster and savior to very different people. To answer your question, yes! He was a high elf before his death. He died during the scourge invasion of Quel'thalas 😔

WOUghgHghghhhh IM GLAD YOU LIKE HIMMMM 😭 his design and story are one of my favorites lowkey,,, the answer is yes! It is VERY sturdy and he has used it as a more direct weapon, he has used it to hit people strong enough to decapitate, AND use the chain to incapacitate

(balding from mange vc) i need to write out the dynamics between livius and astalor because i think it would be extremely funny if he had a brother who was ACTUALLY a vampire

He's very self conscious, yet simultaneously accepting that he is someone who is difficult to love. That he's tolerated, and rarely wanted. But he has this deep yearning to him, despite the insecurity, that keeps him grounded.

140

VAMPIRE ANGEL (MORROWIND PILLED) -🔞🩸 @devilatelier.bsky.social · 02/10/2026

He is extremely well put together and externally aloof and independent, the way he acts makes it /seem/ like he has no patience for the people around him and makes him seem extremely unapproachable. But the opposite is true. He seeks and is desperate to hold onto bonds.

VAMPIRE ANGEL (MORROWIND PILLED) -🔞🩸 @devilatelier.bsky.social · 02/10/2026

He was the one who made plans, the one whom everyone confided in, the one who comforted the brothers and tried to impart a hopeful future upon them. And as a result he's kinda internalized his own feelings and put them to the wayside.

RUBS MY HANDS TOGETHER Serevyn ends up subverting the aloof bishonen with white hair because, much like Astoril, he needs to be needed. Astoril, Karael, and Serevyn all formed a deep bond as children and survived the scourge, but Serevyn always was the 'core' of that group.

He and Ratio's character overlap in that they're both geniuses/prodigies/gifted with deeply altruistic goals/ideals, but have off-putting exteriors and personalities that lead people to assume that they're cold, cruel, or arrogant/condescending.

serevyn could have had a cold anime bishonen with white hair arc, but thankfully i nerfed him by giving him a bunch of neuroses

Ithrenn loves Lightsbane. Ithrenn also hates Lightsbane. You understand.

160

VAMPIRE ANGEL (MORROWIND PILLED) -🔞🩸 @devilatelier.bsky.social · 02/10/2026

He can get VERY reactive to the memories and emotions of the Original Ithrenn, who is QUITE aware of what Lightsbane did and wants him dead. Most of the time, however, he resides in this liminal middle ground of not being either Ithrenn or Livius, but this utter mess of both of them.

160

VAMPIRE ANGEL (MORROWIND PILLED) -🔞🩸 @devilatelier.bsky.social · 02/10/2026

During the worst of Ithrenn's episodes, Father Lightsbane tends to use Mind Soothe to help manage his distress. Sometimes, however, Ithrenn just straight up attacks Lightsbane.

VAMPIRE ANGEL (MORROWIND PILLED) -🔞🩸 @devilatelier.bsky.social · 01/10/2026

IF YOU ANSWERED YES you chose well they are well mannered and nice just dont separate them or ithrenn may kill your other guests

VAMPIRE ANGEL (MORROWIND PILLED) -🔞🩸 @devilatelier.bsky.social · 01/10/2026

he lost his head during the battle for Darkshore, and Lightsbane replaced it with the head of his long lost love, Livius. And ever since then his memories and identity are jumbled and he isn't sure he knows who he is anymore.

ITD BE MY PLEASURE 😭🥺 The one on the left is my darkfallen shadow priest, Father Syllen Lightsbane. He heads a chapter of the cult of forgotten shadows. And he is a liiittle bit of a problem. The one on the right is Ithrenn, a dark ranger and Lightsbane's situationship. He was brought in after -
