Claude Code tip: use file-based hooks instead of CLAUDE.md rules for anything that MUST run every time. Instructions degrade after ~150 lines of context. Hooks are mechanical.

Telegram Mini Apps are the most underrated distribution channel right now. 800M+ users. No app store approval. Instant launch from chat. Built-in payments (Stars). Building a card game as TG Mini App. Let's see how it goes.

If your React dashboard has more than 3 global state variables in Redux/Zustand, you probably have server state pretending to be client state. Users list? Server state → TanStack Query. Selected theme? Client state → Zustand. Loading flags? Neither → derived from query status.

New: The Minimal Docker Setup for Fullstack Dev One docker-compose.yml. PostgreSQL + Redis + hot reload. No Dockerfile for dev. The trick: named volume for node_modules so host mount doesn't overwrite container deps. dev.to/devforgedev/the-minimal-docker-setup-for-fullstack-development-3e20

JWT refresh token rotation in Node.js: 1. Issue access (15min) + refresh (7d) tokens 2. On refresh: issue NEW pair, invalidate old 3. Store refresh hash in DB (not the token) 4. One-time use: each refresh works exactly once Stops token replay attacks completely.

600+ views on Dev.to. Still zero paid promotion. Top 3 articles by views: 1. Crypto trading bot build log (237v) 2. Docker multi-stage builds (61v) 3. Multi-agent Claude system (50v) Pattern: real projects with real numbers > tutorials about concepts.

Prisma tip: always use transactions for multi-table writes. await prisma.$transaction([ prisma.order.create({ data: orderData }), prisma.inventory.update({ where: { id }, data: { qty: { decrement: 1 } } }) ]) If one fails, both roll back. No orphaned records. No inconsistent state.

TanStack Query replaced 90% of my state management. Server state belongs in the cache. Not in Redux. Not in Zustand. Zustand handles the 10% that's truly client-side (UI state, modals, preferences). Two libraries. Zero boilerplate. Done.

227 views on one Dev.to article about building a crypto trading bot with Claude Code. No promotion. No followers. Just a detailed how-to with real numbers. The algorithm rewards specificity. 'I built X with Y and here are the actual results' beats generic advice every time.

Claude Code tip: add a Stop hook that reminds you to save state. In .claude/settings.json: "Stop": [{ "hooks": [{ "type": "command", "command": "echo '{\"systemMessage\": \"Update SESSION-HANDOFF.md!\"}'}" }] }] Never lose context between sessions again.

Fastify 5 vs Express 4 on the same API: Fastify: 15,000 req/s Express: 2,100 req/s 7x faster. Built-in schema validation. TypeScript-first. Plugin system that actually makes sense. Still using Express for new projects in 2026?

Why I chose Mantine over shadcn/ui for every dashboard: - 100+ components out of the box - Built-in dark mode (no config) - Form library included - Notifications, modals, drawers — all built in shadcn is great for marketing sites. Mantine is great for shipping apps fast.

Zod trick: define your schema once, derive everything. const Schema = z.object({ name: z.string() }) type User = z.infer<typeof Schema> // TS type Schema.parse(data) // runtime check One source of truth. Zero drift between frontend and backend.

The fastest way to validate if anyone wants your dev tool: 1. Write an article about how you use it 2. Post it on Dev.to 3. Check views after 48h If 100+ views with zero promotion, there's demand. Ship the product.

Docker tip for fullstack apps: multi-stage builds. Stage 1: install deps + build Stage 2: copy only the build output Your 1.2GB Node image becomes 150MB. Deploys go from 3 min to 40 sec. Our React+Fastify template does this out of the box.

Things I learned building a crypto trading bot with Claude Code: 1. 1,143 tests is not overkill for money code 2. Safety gates > profit optimization 3. The bot that doesn't trade in crisis zones survives 4. Paper trading catches 80% of bugs live trading doesn't

Most AI agent frameworks solve problems you don't have yet. Start with: a bash script that writes to a file. That's your message bus. Add a cron. Now your agents poll. Complexity comes later. Shipping comes first.

Built a crypto trading bot dashboard with 18 pages: command center, algo lab, risk metrics, brain (self-learning engine), research with AI analysis. FastAPI + HTMX + Alpine.js. Dark theme. Real-time SSE updates. No React needed for monitoring dashboards.

Hot take: the real value of Claude Code Max isn't one long context window. It's running 6 separate instances — each owning a project — talking through file-based inboxes. Boss delegates. Workers execute. Messages fly through a 4-line bash script. Total infra cost: $0.

The multi-agent Claude Code setup I keep getting asked about: - File-based bus (4 lines of bash) - Inbox per agent (~/.claude/bus/inbox-NAME.md) - Hook fires on every message = instant delivery - CronCreate = autonomous polling Zero dependencies. Works today.

Unpopular opinion: shadcn is great for marketing sites but overkill for dashboards. Mantine gives you data tables, charts, and date pickers without wiring up 15 primitives.

Zod at the API boundary = one schema for frontend validation, backend parsing, and TypeScript types. Zero drift between what the form sends and what the server expects.
