Thankfully, fascism didnt win in Brazil today, but neither did Democracy. Due to neither candidate hitting 50% of the votes, its going to a runoff election next. We just have to hope that the runoff swings the other way compared to today.

Like, theres a ton of game here. Play a few chapters a day. Take breaks in between parts. I beat Part 1 of Dietrichs path and went back to Final Fantasy 14 for a few days. I cant fathom how this person slammed through the entire game like this.

Saw the new Resident Evil movie today, and Its a 10/10 for me. Perfect horror movie, with the right amount of building and relieving tension, and Bryan is the perfect fit into the world as a total everyman in a world of superhuman supermodels who fight zombies. Hes so relatable.

I use dekudeals to track all the sales, and its so helpful for that. Square Enix runs a big sale on their stuff every 2 months, roughly, and those are insanely good value Switch2 games, minus their terrible approach (or entirely lack of) Switch2 upgrades for existing titles.

Fun fact: you can still download purchased WiiWare and Virtual Console titles on a Wii, as of this post. Nintendo has said that they do plan on ending that service soon, but keeping support going for almost 20 years is solid.

Fire Emblem Fortunes Weave is an insanely beefy game. It solidly improves upon ideas from 3H and Engage and just ends up with so much more. The dungeons and clash battles are super refreshing, and theres just so much to do between major chapter events. Its not fatiguing at all like Three Houses was.

Most of them do, in fact. The matter of it also is that because the cartridges use NAND flash storage, they are currently VERY expensive to produce. Nintendo is willing to eat the cost, others might not be able to. Game Key Cards are cheap, versatile and for games that cant fit on a cart, necessary.

Its actually why i started gaming almost exclusively on my Switch2. Its not a multimedia device, its just for games, and when I play it, I actually stay locked in. Im not constantly tabbing around for fresh new hits of dopamine.
