Celebrating #AllstonChristmas a little early. Don't get Storrowed, and don't let the bedbugs bite!
Photograph of a 16 oz. can of Night Shift's Double Parked IPA next to a drinking glass with a very little bit of beer left in it, both on a table outdoors

Done.
Photograph. In the foreground, taking up most of the frame, are four items arranged together on a dark gray kitchen counter: a half-full bottle of The Balvenie 14-year Caribbean Cask single malt Scotch; a re-closed paper wrapper for Taza Chocolate discs in guajillo chili flavor; a glass tumbler with about half an inch of whisky in the bottom; and a quarter-circle wedge of chocolate. The background shows a partial view of a home kitchen, out of focus.

It's here! @korystamper.bsky.social can you come over and sign this one for me? I'll make you coffee and everything!
Photograph of a person's left hand holding a hardcover book: True Color by Kory Stamper. The front cover of the book depicts 12 "color samples" in a 3x4 grid; each "sample" looks like two pieces of paper in a pair of contrasting but harmonious colors with the top folded down so the "back" color is visible.

Photograph of two chanukiyot, on a surface covered with aluminum foil, in front of a window. One chanukiya is made of transparent glass with translucent vertical bars etched under each of 9 spots. The other is made of pewter, with two stylized human figures - a woman holding the shamash in both hands, and a man behind her embracing her and the flame with his arms - with a row of 8 spots in front of them. Both chanukiyot are lit with glass bulbs filled with olive oil: each with one shamash and one for the first night. The flames are reflected in the window, through which we see a quiet street and tall tree dusted with snow, illuminated by a single streetlamp.

In case you ever wondered what a garlic flower looks like, here's what happens when you forget about a garlic scape in the bottom of the vegetable drawer for six months
Photograph of a spiraling garlic scape, mostly faded from green to yellow, on a black countertop speckled with white. The bud end of the scape has burst open into a dense white blossom

Thanks (from Brookline) for the tip!

Look what I found this morning!
Collage of four photographs in a 2-by-2 arrangement. Each photograph is a different close-up image of 1, 2, or a few tips of green shoots poking up through brown soil that is strewn with autumn and winter detritus such as dried leaves and bark.
