Bad day lads: the one every dog owner dreads. She’d had a good, long and happy life, but was absolutely ready to go: she passed peacefully and quickly. Her name was Juno; she did anuncanny impersonation of a streak of lightning. She was cheeky, loved and loved us back and we’ll miss her terribly.

A white lurcher, a Saluki/labrador cross, standing on a sunny patch of grass. She has white fur, floppy ears and looks stupidly happy. Her name was Juno and she was magnificent.
