All of those games could plausibly run at max settings at 60+ fps in a modern 2k build. And again none of these games run at max settings on console either. Or at all in the case of SC.

People forget that the CEO of Nintendo slashed his pay to keep workers employed during the bad days of the company so why people accept mass layoffs is beyond me. Shareholders should grow a brain too but I guess that’s not how they made money.

I like this Japanese artist that hand paints vintage American clothes. He turns things such as vintage hunting jackets into “animal appreciation” jackets using motifs that celebrate animals. Some of his stuff is currently up for sale at Maiden's Shop in Tokyo. IG takuro917 and maidens_shop

Shirts are a base layer, in traditional menswear you can get creative with pants, shoes, and outer layers (jackets of varying thickness). If you’re willing to go outside of this you need to really experiment with more fashionista style stuff imo. Watch Wisdom Kaye.

This was the norm in many countries! In Poland we call this Lektor, and there’s 3 of them depending on what you’re watching. Still happens today but it’s not as ubiquitous.

Idk I’ve been playing Vintage Story with some friends on a decently populated server and it has been a blast. It has the sort of emergent gameplay and storytelling opportunities that other games fake in their trailers so often. Just the other week a faction went to war and was decimated for example.

Objectively it should be the same but I think people apply a more individualistic approach to MiUSA stuff. If you support Trump = no buy. If you are against him = buy. Only exception I can think of is the BuyEuropean movement, but that’s a minority outside of some very nerdy spaces.

I wouldn’t say it’s a primary factor but definitely adds to it. Imo the main thing is just that everything is so expensive and things aren’t really improving, so who would CHOOSE to have a child right now? Add to that how it’s difficult to even have a stable career!

VCMI is a great example of the modding community and love for the old games. It’s an open source version of HOMM3 that’s literally playable on every platform. I played it a BUNCH on my iPad and it’s awesome.
