If I'm being honest, I'm at a point now where I need to reread the entirety of my own work or I'm going to start contradicting myself with what comes later. I've largely been winging this entire thing (like, I do know where I'm going lol) but I don't know how Toriyama did it.

Previously, Pan could tell that Oob's "aura" changed when he first used that other form, and Vegeta sensedthat he had "tapped into something beyond mortals". But here he's completely tipped the scales. Thanks again for your enthusiasm!! I hope I don't jump the shark here with this. 😂😰😬

I will clarify here because it's probably the kind of thing that would only get broken down in a /Ken/zenshuu guidebook. Oob base: 100% Oob's ki The (currently unnamed) form Oob had been using up until now: Mix of Oob's ki + Boo's god ki, Oob's ki is still recognizable. Now: 100% Boo's god ki

By @detectivex.bsky.social 's request, posting this edit to bsky. DBS Beerus's opening, but with the 2nd single Megara Zero bundled with the actual song. I think it fits very well (better)

Between reusing instrumentals from another song and trying to be generic shonen anime #1,344, Dragon Ball has had a bad run of openings lately.

Have you all come to terms with the fact that Dragon Ball discourse starts again tomorrow?

1 of 4 pieces I've been working on to commemorate #Oobtober. Shoutout to @detectivex.bsky.social for a dope first week. Their grudge match has been super engaging so far. #dragonball #fanart

I'm sorry but the SBR OP and ED are both certified bangers.

Yo! I've been intentionally staying silent this month so as to let y'all just absorb the story as it unfolds, but I just wanted to jump in to let you know that I'm far from done with Pan and Goku's complicated relationship.

dawg you gotta watch the DBS: Beerus opening..............,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Maybe it's just me, but what works as an intro for every other shonen anime does not make for a good Dragon Ball opening.

King Chapa catches us up on the plot of Oobtober while watching the match from outside of the tournament grounds. He couldn't be asked to buy a ticket.

Did you watch the YouTube series beforehand? This is really just another entry to that rather than something spectacular and stand-alone.

I've been heavily using BROONO's Toriyama brush since his 2026 update (it shows up in the latter half of this year's Oobtober) so when I saw he put this watercolor brush out I bought it immediately.

ＫＥＮ @detectivex.bsky.social · 02/10/2026

Playing with that new Toriyama watercolor brush from @broonoart.bsky.social. Feels like I'm having to put way too much pressure to get the edges I want, so I need to tinker with the settings, but otherwise I love it!

Birdy the Mighty - 5/5 Another incredible series where truly the only fault I can find is that there is setup for another round of OVA that will never come. Awesome action, fun hijinks, and Misato Katsuragi as the main character. You can't go wrong here. I pray Hollywood never finds out about it.
