Spent all day taking care of myself, challenging myself, and nurturing myself I’m ready to host stream now I’ve been tweaking my schedule to optimize my energy as best I can It’s always adjusting Life chips away at our energy reserves Managing them the best I can is essential 💕

Anybody else restless but need to be resting here? It’s truly the hardest to slow down and surrender to the moment So naturally I’m starting season 3 of House of Dragons in an attempt to chill Binges are so cathartic and I just love dragons 😅 What do you do to relax and chill?

I’ve learned how to finely tune my nervous system and heal my gut and holy shit. It’s completely changing the way I feel in my skin, the clarity I see when my eyes are open, and the super cognitive window has returned! So much more patience and the spiraling finally fading out Took me 6 years

What are you favorite ways of trolling your chat members? Or getting trolled by your chat members, or trolling your cam model in fun and mischievous ways? I want to make a troll wheel and would love to expand my mind on the possibilities. Any ideas at all. Let them flow 🤘

Getting my mind off stream, and NO notifications Is one of the best systems I have created for myself I was frying my dopamine receptors and going numb Now I feel more human and my interests outside of stream are strengthening I LOVE my stream, I just don’t want to live it 24/7

I will remind anybody who is in a position where they have so many others energies and actions pointed at you That it’s imperative you have a grounding and regulating plan to detach from and simultaneously manage a shield of some sort to protect your peace Chaos is inevitable
