Yes Ronni, same. My mind is asking if it’s peri menopause, is it having teenagers, is it parents aging and needing more help, do I have anxiety, is it work stress - but it’s not, it’s just that the news is increasingly awful and every day seems to be a bin fire!

I lost my iphone! Heard a thumping sound in the washing machine and had nowhere left to look so opened the door to hear the “find my” sound! It was, caught in the quilt cover, soaking wet but was on and still working! STILL WORKING! amazing!

Yes, the three options are mass sand nourishment, managed retreat or sea walls. Each has a different impact on infrastructure, sea and sand dune health and surf breaks. It’s not a one size fits all unfortunately and needs planning and community involvement.

I couldn’t stay up to watch Wimbledon and Serena last night. So giving myself the morning off to catch up on Stan. I’ve avoided seeing the result, somehow. But the result doesn’t really matter. The 🐐 GOAT has returned so her kids can see her play. A true champion of our time.

Coffee cup that reads silence please. On the tv Serena Williams is playing at Wimbledon, returning to the game at 44 years of age.

It’s my 50th birthday today. Not mad about it. Gen X is the best of all the generations. Best music, life of travel and no mobile phone until my early 20s. Life has been good, I’m very lucky.

The magpies in my parents yard when we were kids were evil! They’d chase kids on bikes and attack us any chance they could get. But now, the magpies bring their babies up to the front door each year so my mum can meet them! They’re part of our family - a truly beautiful thing!
