The F-15E gets a stronger pair of engines and some airframe adjustments to carry heavier payloads designed for air-to-ground, though not necessarily CAS. It feels a bit more fumbly because it's so much heavier but the characteristics are similar.

heehee They're F-15s licensed to be build by Mitsubishi for use by the JASDF if I recall correctly. In Ace Combat though the differences are primarily in subweapons, those Ace Combat 8 gave us 'abilities' which are difference between the C and J versions. The E version is a different beast.
