Did you know Derpibooru has autocompletion and search history? It's a little something I worked on earlier this year. Here's a small article/guide about this feature: mare-stare.com/blog/derpibo...

Never said we aren't, but we're trying our best, and trying to change for the better. Sorry if it's not up to your standard, or not fast enough to your liking. We genuinely don't mean ill.

Drama. Most of our staff team are traumatized after the first one. We don't want a second one.

We never were, and have no real intention to run for any sort of profit. Donations and community ads help, but like, admins regularly have to pay out of pocket for incidentals and stuff... never really stopped us, we just want to bring pony for everyone to see and search.

First time I'm hearing that we're profitable...

We're a diverse group of over 30 individuals, and none of us are pro-nazi or in favor of any sort of political extremism. Our inability to decide comes from the fact that even the tiniest decision has great consequences, as the site is visited by millions on a monthly basis. We're not some DA group.

It's not like we've not had extensive discussions about it, in fact, we still are talking about it. Not much we can say to the public without setting a lot of things on fire as of right now, though. Hence, we're stuck with the current policy, for now.

How much do you know about the last 5 years of Derpibooru moderation? Do you know which images we deleted? Do you know which ones were even reported? Your anger is understandable, but I would caution to say that it might be misinformed.

We'd like to remind everyone that this is just a "repost art and post site announcements" account. If you have genuine questions or concerns about our moderation, please join our Discord server and talk to us about it: derpibooru.org/pages/discord

The rules clearly state that any form of discrimination is prohibited. This includes racism, and images which advocate for racism (along with gender, religion, etc).

The "TOS" as it is right now definitely isn't designed to "better serve nazi imagery". You might be remembering the "flip flopping" which occurred at one point during ~The Drama~, but this is not reflective of the final policy and enforcement.

Again, if you'd like to report something, then report something on-site, and our staff team will look into it. This Bluesky account is literally just an art repost + site announcements account. And "I got bored so I answered some questions" account. And "I felt like posting stuff" acount.

Derpibooru @derpibooru.org · 29/04/2025

Due to the amount of content posted to our site we can't take proactive action against every single piece of content (except spam or obvious illegal stuff). Someone reports it - we deal with it. If you find something rule breaking, report it, we look into all reports we receive.

Racism and content whose sole purpose is to incite anger, controversy or arguments, are all against the rules of the booru.

We are proud to announce that we have officially achieved the optimal amount of Bluesky followers, and thus have peaked. It's only downhill from here... maybe until we reach 6969 followers.

The best kept secret of the bat pony city is the Otherside Tavern, located beneath the historic Hotel Tenebrae. It's rumored that it was Princess Luna's favorite haunt, but she only ever was said to come in disguise. #mylittleponyfriendshipismagic #batpony #sfmponies

Hi, AI images were mostly moved to tantabus.ai, what remains on Derpibooru are either AI-assisted images (where a human made a significant contribution), or uncertain cases. We're still cleaning up!

Hi! Welcome to the official Derpibooru Bluesky account. We'll mostly be reposting art here, and maybe reacting to mentions. Who knows. In any case, this account is NOT a support helpdesk, if you need site support, make a report instead, or just ask in our Discord server.
