Unless Harold&Kumar or Big Lebowski is on, I'd recommend against trying to ascend to those levels. Elmo is high when he can get away with it and I don't think he has someone to tell him stop or desire to stay off it, and he won't unless him leading Tesla&SpaceX are contingent on drug tests.

-Paleto Bay with it's wide array of activities like... The Paleto Score. Yes, it's nice to see the chicken factory from the inside but also very generic. -Procopio truck stop opposite the hippie camp, that whole corner 🙄 -Any of the east LS hills filled with indiscernible industrial lots.

A boring truck stop with an inaccessible diner in a somewhat devoid corner of the map. I don't remember interacting with this place apart from delivering the truck full of stolen cars for Devin Weston here for no particular reason and buying a soda from the machine in a small fit of LARPing.

A top down view of east Los Santos which is mainly controlled by gangs as the wiki page will tell you. The read area, El Burro heights, is mainly covered in unpaved industrial lots on a hillside with the car scrapyard waiting for you to feed it with car wrecks. This area of southern Los Santos feels the most empty and boring to me.

A postcard of a sail boat in the small beach community of Paleto Bay which is unremarkable in almost every way. Apart from robbing the bank in Juggernaut suits with Trevor holding a minigun, an unqualified heist member dying by getting pinned to a wall by a police car and the Cluckin' bell wanting to be bought, there isn't a whole lot to do out here. We got to see the (very non-detailed) chicken factory and ran over spatially unaware soldiers standing in the middle of the street with a bull dozer at 5-10mph. Yeah, GTA5's mission design sure needs some rework before GTA6, dearest R*.
