An Australian man has died from an “extremely rare” rabies-like infection transmitted by a bat bite, health officials said.

The bill would build on various tax breaks from Trump's first term and temporarily introduce new ones. The state would partially offset the cost by reducing spending on Medicaid and food assistance.
