Your agent ships in seconds. Depot gives it unlimited concurrency, so nothing sits in a queue.

🚀 New in Depot CI: usage now breaks down per workflow on the org usage page. Attempts, vCPU minutes, elapsed time, avg duration, and error rate, plus health bars for the last 30 attempts. See which workflow is slow, flaky, or burning compute. depot.dev/changelog/20...

🚀 Sherlock can now read Depot CI workflows and jobs. Open a workflow or job, click Ask AI, ask what went wrong. It pulls run context, attempts, step details, logs, and CPU/memory metrics on its own. depot.dev/blog/now-ava...

Your CI steps don't depend on each other. Why are they still waiting in line?

If Depot CI was an apartment listing. 🔥

Depot CI tells you why your job failed. It reads the logs, shows the failing step, summarizes what went wrong, and suggests a fix. No more scrolling through 400 lines to find the one that matters. depot.dev/blog/migrate...

The fastest Docker build is the one that doesn't run.

Hot take: most CI "optimization" advice is about caching. The actual biggest win is parallelism. If you have 6 independent steps running sequentially, no amount of caching fixes the fact that you're waiting 6x longer than you need to.

you shouldn't look like this while explaining your CI workflow, fyi

The old CI debugging loop vs Depot CI. 👇

Depot @depot.dev · 01/04/2026
Bossman is relentless about two things... speed and DX. So, when one of our engineers suggested 'depot ci migrate secrets-and-vars' it was an absolute no brainer. One command imports all your GitHub Actions secrets and variables into Depot CI. No copy-pasting.

Depot @depot.dev · 30/03/2026
Slow CI is no longer inevitable.
000
Depot @depot.dev · 27/03/2026
We, the Developers, refuse to pay the tax on speed. We hold these truths to be self-evident: That no job shall be billed by the minute when it runs for three seconds. That no workflow shall run in sequence when its steps are independent. 👇

Reading log files to debug CI is a tax on speed. 'depot ci ssh' drops you into the sandbox. Same environment. Same state. Live. Debug your CI the same way you debug everything else — interactively.

Depot @depot.dev · 25/03/2026
We built Depot CI with per-second billing because anything else is a tax on speed.

"How hard is it to migrate to Depot CI?" One command: depot ci migrate It discovers your workflows in .github/, copies them to .depot/, detects your secrets, and configures them. Commit, push, and merge — your workflows are running on Depot CI. quickstart in 🧵

Tomorrow we're launching something we've been building for months Not a faster runner. Not a better cache layer... A new CI engine from scratch. Purpose built for how you're actually building software today

Your agent writes code in seconds. Then it waits for CI. That's the bottleneck now.
000
Depot @depot.dev · 17/03/2026
Some badass engineering team absolutely crushing it.
000
Depot @depot.dev · 16/03/2026
CI was designed for a world where you write code, push, open a PR, and wait. That world is gone. Now you're commanding a fleet of agents generating code across multiple branches at a pace that would have been unimaginable three years ago. And all of it has to flow through CI.

Depot @depot.dev · 16/03/2026
One week from today, CI as you know it... changes forever.
