Heute den ersten 10 km Lauf in den Sandalen gelaufen. Ich schätze Waldwege mit den Sandalen viel mehr. Die durchschnittliche Geschwindigkeit ist deutlich langsamer, die Belastung auf Muskeln und Gelenken weiterhin etwas höher. #AntiFascistRunningClub #ShammaSandals #Running

Die Show von FJØRT gestern Abend Im Wizemann war wunderbar! Hat so viel Spaß gemacht alte und neue Songs im Moshpit zu feiern.

Im Vordergrund steht Chris Hell von FJØRT am Mikrofon und spielt eine schwarze Gitarre. Links hinter ihm spielt Frank Schophaus auf seinem Schlagzeug. Heute Früh in Karlsruhe in den TGV gestiegen, ein paar Stunden später in Bordeaux umgestiegen, noch etwas weiter im Regionalzug gefahren. Am Campingplatz angekommen, den Pool genossen und noch einen Abendspaziergang zum Atlantik gemacht. Perfekter Start in den Urlaub <3

Enjoyed the set by THRICE at Schlachthof Wiesbaden very much. It was such a pleasure to dance, sing and scream among others who recognised the songs within the first chords. Such a great crowd this wonderful band attracts.

Vor Wahlen wird ja ab und an davon gesprochen, dass es sinnvoll ist im Interesse derer zu wählen die noch zu jung sind ihre Stimme abzugeben, die aber den größten Teil ihres Lebens noch vor sich haben. Vielleicht wäre es gut sich für die #BTW25 auch an den Ergebnissen der #u18wahl zu orientieren:
