The Wilderness Society and @wildernessworkshop, represented by @earthjustice, filed a suit against the administration’s approval of two oil and gas lease sales in Colorado and Wyoming, covering approximately 275,000 acres of public lands. The lease sales were conducted earlier this year. This threat in Wyoming and Colorado reflects the administration's larger push to put corporate special interests ahead of our public lands, fueling a rush to lease lands for oil and gas development across the West.This lawsuit is one way we’re pushing back.
