Do you know what technology killed? The poison pen letter. People writing to randoms out of the telephone book with egregious claims about the victim's life. I don't suppose it'll come back, what with a stamp costing best part of two quid nowadays.

Alfie has not come back since about 8 and Nudge has shit out the door when I've gone out to look for Alf. So that's me not sleeping tonight or functioning tomorrow on any level.

We had products with Halifax. Since Lloyds rebranded it I have noticed; 1. My junk folder is filling up quicker - my email is 2. They keep sending emails about credit cards, loans and buying stocks and shares - Halifax never did this.

www.bbc.co.uk/sport/rugby-... Not legal in League if it's a deliberate act. St Helens years ago had a 6'10 forward called Jonathan Harrison who used to deliver the ball to the tryline with his head but the loophole in the laws of the game was quickly closed

When I was having the CT last night I meditated and thought of a happy place when the radiologist nicked my vein, pushed the iodine through and had the machine x-ray my skull. My happy place? Doing the stand up bits during my spinning bike workouts 🚲. What an effing saddo I am.
