Here's the reality: There is no quick fix for climate change. But that won't stop people from proposing some, in the area of geoengineering, e.g. aerosols in the upper atmosphere. 020

This is how they do it in Holland. Nothing in our Constitution requires election by district, so a switch can be done without constitutional amendment. 000
