I’ve seen numerous independents claim to offer on-device TTS for local dialogue. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to test that through a Parallels VM.
Safest bet is to go text and vision through LM Studio. I personally recommend a good Gemma 4 model, though with 256 GB, you have limitless headroom.
