So McConnell's health condition is being concealed because if he is unable to continue in office (or dies), the Democratic Governor Andy Beshear, will assert the state consititution grants him powers to appoint a replacement. The heavily gerrymandered legislature has already tried to prevent this .

Why do I feel like this strike on Iran is not going to have a happy ending? The "Peace" president is proving we have military power but so far the only result has been a few leader's demise and lots of civilian casulties. The mullahs still rule and 1000's of deaths later they still are in charge.

Today I mourn the impending death of Southwest Airlines. With no free bags and assigned seats, they are now just another airline. The veteran and fun-filled flight attendants too will probably disappear - not professsional enough for a straight-laced commuter airline. Doubt I'll fly them again.
