i'm going to drop this here: Retro Rewind has a blacklist of 41 custom track creators, 25 not counting opt-outs, with 18 listed for being "Anti AI". this includes: "Anyone who has an Anti AI text on their user page or is known to be Anti AI" here's the list from 2026-04-03 excluding opt-outs:

Blacklisted CT creators list:
- Anyone who explicitly asks for their tracks to not be included in distributions that use AI / Anyone who has an Anti AI text on their user page or is known to be Anti AI
- Anyone who is known to be Anti RR
- Barak925 (Anti AI, "Stealing is not Good!" disclaimer)
- BillyNoodles (Anti AI, "If you use generative AI, do not touch anything that I have made")
- Char6432 (Anti AI, "Stealing is not Good!" disclaimer)
- GH0STP4WZ (Anti RR)
- Layla (Anti AI, "Stealing is not Good!" disclaimer)
- Lovelifeandtpose024 (Anti AI, "you may absolutely not use any of my work with generative AI in any form.")
- Marianne8559 (inappropriate conduct)
- Owen (Anti AI, "Stealing is not Good!" disclaimer)
- Riidefi (inappropriate conduct)
- Saiveeon (Anti AI, Anti RR and Anti Everybody - doesn't want anything of them used anymore ever)
- ScyHigh (Anti AI & Anti RR - should be relatively obvious)
- TailsCraft (tracks only, idk why)
- Tarsa129 (Anti AI, should be pretty known)
- vrock02 (inappropriate conduct)
- Zachruff (inappropriate conduct)

Uncertain blacklists, ask before considering:
- IvyFeathers (Soft Anti A, "I do not condone the use of generative AI of any kind for any reason"I)
- JL (Soft Anti AI note, probably not a blacklist entry though because he didn't mention being Anti RR, "Do whatever you want with whatever I publicly release, provided that AI has no involvement.")
- Numerosity (false accusations of track stealing against ISC)
- MKWahPhil (Soft Anti AI, heavily discourages AI in Competition Hub)
- p00ks (Soft Anti AI note, but only for track updates so maybe should be fine also apparently Anti RR according to QSahab, "Feel free to do whatever you want with tracks that I make, as long as proper credit is given, and no AI is used. ")
- Rex (Soft Anti AI note, but only for track updates so maybe should be fine, "As long as it doesn't go against my visions for the mod, doesn't involve generative AI")
- YoshiMoshi (Soft Anti AI note, but only for…

Yeah, while I could tell where the start of this video was coming from, it definitely felt unnecessary. I won't beat a dead horse here. I've already left a lengthy comment on the video highlighting some of my issues, but nevertheless, a decompress is probably for the best. Take it easy for a bit

Fun follow up to this but he just made an uninspired 20 minute video about a glitch in mkwii and in it not only does he make a rainbow road gay joke in a way that certainly came across as homophobic, he also uttered the words "I treat my opps like Tel Aviv and bomb them" Slurim my goat 🐐 🔥

Yeah squad queue is a lot more fun honestly, barely played lounge in Wii because of the aforementioned toxicity problem that game has and I haven't touched it in World yet. But 2v2 with a friend is usually a much more fun time if you don't pit too much pressure on yourselves :DDDD

demonz @demonzday.bsky.social · 04/02/2026

Best advice is just go in and have fun with it, if you wanna commit to ranking well i wish you the best of luck. Definitely seems more chill than Wii anyways so I wouldn't worry too much!! Also if you ever wanna play MKWorld together let me know this game bangs and I've not played too much lately

Speaking as someone from the Mario Kart Wii community, lounge in that game is dreadful and there's a reason it has such a bad reputation. I've heard from talking to friends World has a fairly better community, however to me it still seems similar in terms of players having toxic mindsets often

I'mma be so honest, this is something I'm just personally never going to buy. I really like how clean and simple the joycons look and personally glad they're sticking to just doing accents on the new ones for the time being. Even then I just hate the idea of putting more plastic on my controllers.

hi! this is the biggest thing holding me back at the minute and admittedly a little concerned the portertwt bsky jump is just that it will only be a small group of people that actually come and then it's similar to the discord that like <10 people actively use

Twitter is dangerous for everyone. It has been, but the risk has only grown with Grok now making unwanted sexual edits to real life photos and stealing art. It's a nest of evil. Ask yourself if that's worth it to be seen. I don't think it is. I've locked my account for good this time. You should too
