That's all I have so far, but The fake parents story, Maximum Carnage, and Then the Clone Saga are next so I'll update this soon to continue.

Carnage? He's the MOST transphobic which is part of what dials Eddie back. He's a redneck serial Killer. Of course he would be a transphobe. But he's also an agent of Chaos so I think there'd be times he genders her correctly... only to be misogynistic.

As his natural arc of growing to trust Spidey from the OG happens, so to does his dialing back of the transphobia. More for this later.

He's not doing it because he hates trans people, he just wants to hurt her. When they team up to stop Carnage he begrudgingly stops misgendering her after she corrects him a few times reasoning they need to get along to stop Carnage.

Due to having Venom, Eddie knows her identity & goes out of his way to call her "Peter". Don't worry, Eddie will get a redemption arc, but he's probably the villain up to this point that's been the most angry, hateful, & bitter towards Petra, so Eddie being the one to go full transphobe makes sense.

ASM 300-364, SSM 137-185, WoS 39-89, SM 1-23: Eddie Brock gets the Venom symbiote. Eddie is the first villain to be openly mocking and disdainful about her transness. Due mostly to his bitterness over Petra "Ruining his life" and Venom's feelings of rejection fueling it.

Morbius: Immediately sympathetic. Kingpin: Internally/Privately dismissive of it but outwardly acts as if he's fine with it. Will exploit her trans status to get to her in a heartbeat Anyone else Introduced before ASM300 not mentioned here was a little clumsy with it at first but eventually got it

Norman Osborne: Never finds out before his death as Petra is closeted then. Will revisit after the Clone Saga. Kraven: From Russia so has some of their backwards thoughts on LGBTQIA+ People but comes around and respects Petra's identity once she proves herself as a warrior to him.

Lizard: First to learn, as Curt Conners, Ally to Spidey at that point. Total Trans ally. When The Lizard is in control, it uses the information against Petra Mysterio: Doesn't fully understand & sees it as some kind of drag performance due to his whole show business schtick. Eventually comes around

Vulture: Asshole about it. Refuses to switch name & pronouns. Cites "kids these days" crap. Dock Ock: INSISTS upon gendering & naming correctly. Will straight up attack his own henchmen if they get this wrong. (Not my Idea. Dan Slott actually confirmed this is how Otto would react to trans Spidey)

Petra and MJ get married here. It's as wonderful as you'd hope a lesbian wedding with a transfemme bride would go. Before we continue, A break should be taken real quick to detail how the villains have all reacted to Spider-Woman's coming out:

With everything it was able to do during Eddie Brock's Cancer saga, it totally makes sense Venom could supercharge her hormones. So that's an added benefit of the suit, but all the normal negative effects of the suit happen too and Petra getting rid of it plays out roughly the same.

ASM 252-299, SSM 90-136, WoS 1-38: The Black suit saga has the extra dimension that her transition progress on HRT drastically speeds up and her curves begin to fill out fast so the suit doesn't have to fake it anymore. She doesn't realize it's Venom doing this to her.

Petra gets gender envy looking at her in her black suit caused mostly by that frustration at the speed of her transition. That's why she forms the black suit. She no longer has to pad her clothes with the black suit as it creates the curves she wants like how it made Muscles on Scorpion and Flash.

Secret Wars 1-12: Battle World! This mostly goes by the same but with the notable changes of: Charles Xavier messing with Petra's mind has an extra dimension. He feels even worse about it. Also, Julia Carpenter is still here but she's got a different codename.

Also, through all of this, Petra is extra frustrated with her transition progress. She thinks the hormones aren't working fast enough but can't afford any surgeries. This will be important in a minute!

JJJ is weirdly loud about how much he supports her while still hating Spider-Woman. Harry is the only problem. He lashes out and is horrible about it but it's less about him being a transphobe & more his issues with drugs & the Goblin serum & he eventually comes around after all that is wrapped up

Ned Leeds was going to ask Petra to be his best man but in a show of solidarity, asks her to be "Best girl". Going to the wedding in a dress is a big deal as this is one of the first times a lot of her high school friends will see her as Petra.

Back to Petra: ASM 151-251, SSM 1-89: Broad strokes the same, like the villains she fights & overall events but personal life stuff now includes Petra finally deciding enough times gone by for her secret identity to be safe, so finally comes out to everyone including MJ & Aunt May. Both accept her.

Kaine also enters here, & I think Kaine should be a cis male. He's always been a "corrupted" clone anyway so that can easily be the reason. This I think works well because then all of his trying to protect Petra during the clone saga stuff can be like a big brother looking out for his trans sister.

She chooses "Elizabeth" based on her first girlfriend, Betty Brant. That way she can go by "Beth" and keep the first initial "B" that way to honor Ben while still having her own fem name.

Until she meets Seward Trainer, who not only comes up with a way for HRT to work on her, but uses his genetic modification super science stuff to fast track her transition. She feels conflicted about changing her name since she picked "Ben" to honor uncle Ben but decides on a compromise.

SM: The Lost Years 1-3: The clone, who is much earlier in the timeline mentally, leaves NY to start over & goes by the name "Ben Reilly". She knows Petra transitioned & that transition is possible, but doesn't have Conners' HRT supplement and convinces herself she can't & deeply closets herself.

Now we have two divergent stories going on. Petra's continues but first we shift to the clone:

They have a heart to heart during the fight which is what makes them team up to save Ned in this one. The explosion still seemingly kills the clone, but she lives. Petra gets some closure as the Gwen Clone gets to say she's so proud of Petra for finally coming out etc. Happy times.

So you have a deeper contrast between them. The clone initially thinks she's the real Spidey just like the OG & here, She's initially mad at Petra and lashes out because there's NO way they could actually come out and be a girl? The Jackal must have made the clone female to mess with Spidey's head!

ASM 149-150: 70s Clone Saga. It's already baked into the original story that the Jackal got the DNA and memories to make the clone WAY earlier in the timeline. Play on this. The clone is still even more deeply closeted and maybe comes from even before working out with Gwen that she even IS trans.

Move up Black Cat's intro to this era so we can get some of her hitting on Spider-Woman while MJ is courting "Peter". Fun contrast. Makes it interesting for her to navigate. MJ eventually thinks she might be trans and tries to leave hints she can come out and MJ will still care for her.
