Potentially? It ultimately depends on if it is a "fair" fight or not. If neither are holding back, I believe Ghirahim could best Maul by going into his sword spirit form and using his magics to overwhelm Maul's perception, thus disrupting his connection to the force and then get a sneak attack in.
