I remember many anticipated games such as Elden Ring and Hollow Knight: Silksong (Released 1 year ago but no Sea of Sorrow's release date?) were released before Fleshweaver and now here we are along with Book 4's beginnings. Please cook for Book 4, Verly, since I am interested with some aspects.

Also, since the story takes place pre-Book 3 finale, the ESs inside the FW Hero would probably hate Jaania's guts for trying to freeze them and the existence of Hesperrhodos. And also, we should've consumed the horse for saying the Mary Sue's name from Thorns (that side story sucks) million times.

At the very least, the training is slightly better than repetitiveness of training older classes and HP/MP Potions. Arachnalchemy is still repetitive, but at least the boss is different.

Speaking of Vaal, back in The First Weaver, he wants to show that you want to live on as long as anyone remembers you as a memory. For Secundus, he wants you (and Piotr) to have a lasting legacy. Also, Aegis saying I know to Fleshweaver Hero is a chefs kiss.

Also, Secundus being tired, which is briefly shown in Refuse path, fits his character since he's a fusion of Vaal and Roirr, where the latter wants to be immortal. But the flaws of being immortal as we seen in many media is that it can be really boring

Really wish that the dialogue in post-Refuse Valour could be much better, tho Overall, it felt like a script is missing. Some of the worldbuilding from the quest and quests afterwards are great though.

However, the quest is not too bad. Since Refuse gives information to Elpis (you know the cape from the Corrupted 7 Board in the endgame Inn?), and finally confirmed "Yeah, its an amalgam of Tomix, Pandora, and Aspar post-dropping to the Void Core."

* Secundus plans to kill both the Hero and Aegis for whatever reason, and double downs (which would only learn in the other path) in Refuse path, only to be killed by Stage 4 Aegis (which is admittedly a cool moment aside from cheesy moment with concept of SoulMates) thanks to Elpis ex Machina.

The unlock quest (Valour) is very contrived and has that Frostval 2025 finale/pre-Book 3 rewrite energy: * Aegis has a nervous breakdown that doesn't get built on until this quest and uses that scene from Calamity to attempt to show that. * The Hero being a Doormat again.
