galarian form of the two pokemon slowbro and slowking. slowbro is kind of like a weird psychic sea otter normally, and it evolves by a shellder (mollusk pokemon) biting on its tail or head. in galar i guess the shelders that bite them are toxic, and the slowbro and subsequent evolutions become poison types. in this rough ink n pen drawing slowbro poses with the shell on one arm, as it is a canon to them. behind slowbro, slowking swoops in with its shell helmet and little dark striped cape. i picked green for the background splatter for some reason and then got weird photoshopping further backgrounds and i kinda regret that but hey hwatever yolo

How does a place design around having so many species and body types, as well as cultures, that all have to relieve themselves in one space? Everybody's gotta go sometime! Kyo throws up his arms in a cheer. Aright! Toilets! I was wondering when we'd finally get around to the good stuff, ya dweebs! There is a drawing of a sort of tile floor with an almost sink like basin in it, with a grab bar nearby. Kyo leans in close to frame and gestures to it. Truth is? A hole in the floor works best for the widest array of folk. Special with modern sanitation. Just use the grab bar if you gotta.

Kyo points towards two creatures, one a sort of pear shaped thing with long ears, clawed feet and a fin along its tail and one a sort of fluffy flying mammal thing. He explains, In the past we've talked about the common Hekshanian ancestor (pear shaped thing) - still called a Hekshanian, to us. Mites and Utini share one in the fladoe (flying puffball). Kyo checks a book excitedly and continues. Oh, so- Nikitaks evolved from a small mammal with big burrowing claws in its middle- the ichohak. A long ferret-looking thing with six limbs has its back arced so its enormous burrowing middle-limb claws are off the ground. A rather draconic bird is perched beside it as Kyo finishes explaining. Animarians...Some kinda bird dragon dinosaur monster thing...? They just call it The Venerated.

i met a tortoise named buddy at pride

buddy the tortoise on the pavement. not sure what he is but his owner said common in pet trade, endangered in the wild.
his shell is a beautiful gradient of chocolate brown geometric lines blending into caramel. his flesh is almost white and adorned with rough scales

here he comes, he spotted my toes and i was warned he bites them. his muscley front legs have scales that almost look like spikes on them. his face is mitch mcconnal but much more lively and mirthful

what a cute guy, im so glad we met. his owner was just letting him walk around the common while all the vendors set up. having a little turtle adventure. he could really move too!

I've mentioned our dahliin the past - our favorite pet. They're pretty empathetic and smart. Kyo moves to lean on the back of a large low-riding lizard creature that is wearing a harness. Then there's duri, he says. A beast of burden, but works very well with bedbound folk. Finally Kyo holds up a small insect with a wind up key in its back between his hands. Liatai asked: How's your recovery been going, Kyo? Have you been eating your meals? How's the ear? Kyo brings his hand to his mouth, thinking. Well, he says, I'm still on Contura, but the medical care here is really good. He wiggles his uninjured ear. A pink line shows where the other ear had been shot off, but has been repaired. He continues, For a while the replacement ear they made me had some weird fur color, but that's faded by now. It's got a little less range of motion. As for recovery, it's a job, y'know? Even stable I'm still having days where I just wanna drink til I black out to stop how I feel. His expression is drawn and some lines of vibration exude around him. He holds up a handful of pills and finishes. But if I go for it, the meds block it from feeling like the same thing. So it's... a change.

an ink and paper drawing by me! a loosely designed dark and run down club with a DJ stage has its raver lights going. In front of the stage dance Max and Chovek. Max is a femme-bodied male fox anthro with pale fur that he dresses up with splotches of bright pink and blue paint. chovek is a snub-snouted long-eared alien anthro with a rudder-ish tail. Both are dressed in slightly gothy slightly raver-ish gear, much of it mismatched. They're smiling and facing eachother, having a good time. The slumped shadow of a patron at a table is the only other person there.

Jemli asked: Were there many Chuians on Hekshano? Any that you knew in more than just passing? Kyo looks over at a star map, showing Hekshano and Contura. They're ....not super nearby one another. Next to him, the mouse-like alien known as a Chuian is copying his pose. With a musketeer hat on. That's basically Jemli's OC. Kyo says, Contura's a long way from home, so there weren't many. I looked it up- 20k last census. That's on the whole planet. I didn't know any too well, they work tech sector for the most part.
