Yesterday in Austin, Texas, an ICE agent shot Wilber Rafael Garces Perez. Videos from the scene appear to show ICE agents not attempting to perform first aid after the shooting.

After hours of being unable to locate Wilber, his attorney says he is now being interrogated in custody, with the bullet still lodged in his body.ICE IS OUT
