I took a 2 hour nap after taking the sudafed and ibuprofen and rn I have No pain! Getting my prednisone delivered soon, as well as my iron supplements that my doctor prescribed because I’m deficient in both that and vitamin D. I am genuinely just a mess, body hates me

Home now, have eustachian tube dysfunction in both eats. My left ear just is being a bitch about it and causing severe pain. On prednisone for a few days, as well as taking sudafed and ibuprofen. It hurt so bad i wanna cry man this sucks

Weather got a bit warm during the walk to the hair salon (suns out so that def contributed) and my face got a bit red lol. On the walk back though there was such a nice breeze!! But my legs hurt SO much for some reason 😭😭 it’s only a half mile walk! Like just below half mile, .4!

Finally more awake. Think I’m having a fibro flare judging by the pain and fatigue :/ But I did manage to get out my long sleeve shirts and wash them, and found some of my longer pants and washed them too. Getting ready for the cooler weather. Gonna make a stew tonight.

Woke up at 4 in pain, had fallen asleep without taking meds :/ took dogs out, took my muscle relaxer and fibromyalgia meds. Stayed awake til like 6 then went and laid down again. Got up at 8:40 cuz dogs, feel a lil better except i got a headache from hell cuz a kink in my neck 😭

Now that I have a dryer, I’m catching up on Laundry. FINALLY able to wash my blankets and the dogs blankets! Getting all my clothes washed!! Just happy to finally be able to do it by myself and not have to go to my friends
