Well, yesterday's cheesecake is even better than before! By substituting in 16 oz of mascarpone cheese, and adding almost 2 Tbsp of lemon zest, the texture and flavor is SO much better! Such a hatchet job on piping the whipped cream, but I just wanted to start eating. 🤣🤣🤣
