Focus on the process. In an outcome-driven world, this sounds like a crazy approach. Obviously results matter. But if you optimize for the outcome, you win one time. If you optimize for a process that leads to great outcomes, you can win again and again. (James Clear, ftw!)

Honestly never really loved the term ‘Dogfooding’, imagery just feels too vulgar and explicitly non-human. I largely prefer the joyful connotations of ‘drinking your own champagne’ 🥂
