This re-evaluation led me back to Trump cases. While I can write an essay on what Garland could have done, I will just conclude that while we can blame a lot of factors, at the end of the day, he was responsible for delivering justice to the victims of J6 riots. 4/x

I was a staunch defender of Garland but I have now made a 180 turn. What changed my mind were not the Trump cases but Biden cases. He allowed the Special Counsel in Hunter B case to run a mock. The difference is that Haitians are a poor vulnerable community on temporary status, easy to abuse. Indian American community is wealthy and diffused. Except that we all followed the trial. Cohen's testimony was important but not pivotal. There were other witnesses, Daniels and David Pecker among them. There was also a long paper trail. Jurors looked at the totality of the evidence and convicted Trump. What Cohen says now is irrelevant.

So, let me see if I understand. We had a whole presidential campaign centered around whether the Sec of State should be locked up for using private email even though she sent no classified documents on it. While here these guys are playing fast and loose with the security laws and no one cares.
