blaziken piece I finished today learned a lot during this one, mostly about subtlety and composition. Also made some personal breakthroughs on how to approach future pieces to hopefully be more consistent #pokemon #digitalpainting

LONG CAT #digitalpainting #illustrationart the latest group class talked about not worrying about the reality of the lighting but just shading things in a way that gives us the effect we want. It worked out really well here, shading the front of the cat in sunlight with the ship behind in (1/2)

Another year of art is over! I hope everyone made progress this year! I want to do a lot more anatomy study coming up, and also work more on actually implementing interesting perspective instead of just studying it. Let's keep up the grind! #pokemon #digitalpainting

Celebi~ I've tried to do celebi a lot and this was the first one I actually liked. I wanna come back to it and redo the lighting someday though I think it could be made way more interesting #pokemon #painting #digitalpainting

My quick take on the homework assignment from this months group class! We discussed being more imaginative and not too literal about our usage of lighting! The vod for this group lesson and past lessons is available on Patreon! www.patreon.com/posts/decemb... #painting #digitalpainting #pikmin
