When they start using GPT to produce a massive amount of content with specific value biases (as GPT is highly efficient at generating large volumes of content on a single topic), the resulting information pollution can have a significant impact.

In fact, one of my concerns also includes the position of dominant information publishers. They are assigned high credibility and authority by search engines due to their trustworthiness.

Currently, Chinese content still features relatively noticeable mechanical sentence structures, making it possible to distinguish between human and AI-generated content. However, for languages I'm not familiar with, there's not much I can do to discern the difference.

Now, it has become even more challenging to tell them apart. Recently, I've noticed a large amount of generated content in Q&A communities and search recommendations, even including programming-related communities.

The information pollution caused by AI-generated content on search engines is also a noteworthy concern. While this issue has existed for quite some time, it was easier to distinguish between human-generated and machine-generated content before the advent of GPT.
