Having the elements tab active seems to be the main culprit. 😬

Has anyone else noticed Chrome with devtools open is now running like treacle? I’m sure something has changed recently. 🤷🏻‍♂️ #chrome #webdev

I’ve been using #gsap for probably decades now and just discovered gsap.context() (gsap.com/docs/v3/GSAP.... Although I think it’s pretty new? Anyway it’s saved my bacon and would definitely recommend having a look if you’ve not seen it. Especially handy if you need to reset `from` based tweens.

I guess that proves how useful praying is. 🤣

Any #css folks know why, when using Safari, in this demo (codepen.io/davidlochhea...) that when resizing the browser window, bigger then smaller, the grid will overflow it's container? And is there a fix? 🙏

I just installed the iPhone app then used Apple ID to log in. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I’m in no way an AI sceptic. Use ChatGPT all the time but mostly for code. Apple Intelligence just doesn’t fit my use cases. 🤷

A few days after its release and I’ve switched off Apple Intelligence. Wasn’t doing anying useful for me and seemed to be impacting battery life. 🤷

Fun fact: If someone quotes a post of yours in a way that is unwelcome (as is commonplace on Twitter/X) there is a tool to combat the unwanted attention. Simply click the three dot menu on the quote post & click "Detach quote". This removes your post from their quote post. Useful to know, do share!

Has Photek’s Form & Function Vol 2 album disappeared from AppleMusic? Still have it on phone but it doesn’t show up in search. It’s a banger.

My daughter (11) enjoyed Yotsuba&! (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yotsuba...) and Nichijou (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nichijou) when she was a bit younger. Now she likes Komi Can't Communicate (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Komi_Ca...) and Sailor Moon (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sailor_...). All female protagonists.
