This interview with Mark Goudie has stuck with me, particularly this bit about fan perception of OSEG. Problem is, rather than looking inward to figure out why fans have this perception, the reaction is anger and dismissal. Hard to fix culture when you can’t see or accept there’s a need to change.

Garrioch with LeBreton Flats news later this AM. Was a year ago (almost to the day) that the agreement of purchase between the #Sens and the NCC was announced. Turned out to be quite the haul for the #Charge in last year’s #PWHLDraft. D Rory Guilday (1st round), F Sarah Wozniewicz (3rd), F Peyton Hemp (4th), and F Fanuza Kadirova (6th) were all significant contributors this season. Kudos to GM Mike Hirshfeld and scouting staff. #PWHL
