Oh yeah, forgot to post some terrain that I finished recently. Will probably be donating it to my FLGS, since I don't actually have space for it in my model cabinet, oops

Picture of a large circular diorama-esqe piece of a Warhammer 40k terrain: a purple hunk of Tyranid biomass is growing among a ruined urban landscape. Its studded with trypophobia-inducing holes and yellow teeth, it's purpose unclear.

Another Tyranid hive structure on a circular base. Large tendrils are sprouting out of the ground, crushing concrete and bending steel beams that stand in their path. The bottom of the growing spire is in the process of hardening into carapace, while the top remains flexible as it is reaching for the sky.

Another angle of the growing spire, showing its fleshy back side with yellow teeth sprouting from it. The soft tissue is also spreading across the blue-grey rubble, transforming it into a wet surface that is covered in barnacle-like cysts.

A variety of smaller bits of terrain: black-and-purple spines, bloated sacks of tissue and random chunks of carapace bursting from the ground.

I finally finished the thing I've been working on! A friends TTRPG character looking all heroic (moments before dying an avoidable death in a grimy back alley).

Minature of an ocre-colored alien striding across a trash-filled road. She is holding a rifle at the ready, but is distracted as a hail of bullets impact her personal shield, illuminating her in blue light from the side.

Another view, this time more focused on the blue shield effect made of transparent resin. It is less translucent in the area of the impacts

Vacation time means I get to finish all the projects I got going on :D These are some 3rd party proxies for my Death Guard. Turns out that covering most of the model in gore is a good way to get 50% there really fast.

Photo of 12 miniature zombies. Each of them got a huge red-ish fly latched onto their heads with pink tendrils forcing themselves into the bodies of their hosts. The flies seem to be puppeteering them like macabre, gorey marionettes.

A smaller selection of the previous set of models, highlighting four zombies shambling through a muddy battlefield littered with bursted wooden planks, flooded craters and sickly vegetation. Some of them are dragging their own entrails behind them, while others are vomiting up fly-infested gasses.

Another focussed shot in two of the models. The flies hosts seem to be screaming as the parasites tendrils are forcing themselves into their skulls. One of them is pushing itself through a broken barbed-wire fence.

Finished some BattleTech models. A Huntsman, a Shadow Cat and a point of elementals of Clan Nova Cat, period-accurate to the 3050s. I finally found a use for that model railway foam flock that has been sitting in my desk for years lol

Recently got a ref sheet of my secondary 'sona commissioned, and I love them to bits! The art was done by inkofneon on FA, they were great to work with.

The two views on the left showcase their natural brown fur patterns, broken up with purple markings highlighting their flat chest and hare-like face. Their ears are swept back, leaving space for a set of tall three-pointed antlers and some hair which has been combed to one side and dyed white and purple. In-between their antlers, a spectral cluster of stars forms the constellation of Orion.
The views of the right hand side depict Orion in two sample outfits. One of them is lightly colored, featuring a green flight jacket covered in colorful patches, one of which reads "Hope Punk". The other outfit features darker colors, as well as a battle vest worn over a hoodie. One of the patches reads "Queer as in Fuck You".

Got some more models done! Was very odd doing batch-painting to a character standard, but these have been sitting on my desk unpainted for way too long. I almost didn't bother picking out the maggots on the big guys belly, but I am glad I did, it made things at least twice as gross.

Got done with some grunts for the antagonist faction of my pf2e game this morning. It was a pretty quick project, in part because I finally got myself a decent quality brush (holy shit, it's so much nicer than the fucked up ones I've been using for months)

Finished another gift for a friend yesterday, it's their old-school jrpg-inspired character. Some annoying mistakes here and there, but adding the lightning made of steel wire did end up being worth the effort imo

Another project done, this time its a DG Rhino/Predator. As usual, the best part was covering it all in grime and rust

Painting/modeling project I finished recently! I don't play AoS, so I decided to try doing a diorama as an excuse to paint oversized rats and even bigger lizards.

The environment is dominated by reddish earth, green flora and parts of a temple city constructed of tan stone.
