Ahsha Reid @deerbitz.bsky.social · 07/07/2026If any of you die in the next 12-18 months I will not be carrying the coffin or writing a eulogy. I've had quite enough death related stress for the last 12-18 months and would like nicer things again for a while. 130

Ahsha Reid @deerbitz.bsky.social · 18/06/2026Writing a eulogy for your father. Where to begin? Feels like a piece of coursework that needs like 90% to be a passing grade. Pressure of mum's expectations. I've joked that my paused 9K word dissertation writeup would be preferable and easier. I'd like a break from death after the last 2 years. 130

A little extra effort to put daily events would solve a lot of hassle. Especially as that approach has been used for other things. As a Uni Timetabler it upsets me professionally. 000

Ahsha Reid @deerbitz.bsky.social · 11/11/202560 minutes spent finding some sort of relevant reference, to a book written in the 1800s by an Italian polymath, just to be able to make a one sentence statement. Ahsha Reid @deerbitz.bsky.social · 17/05/2025Nerding out in Korean with Devil's Plan series 2. Really wish UK TV valued smarts more at times, rather than money or looks. Why should I care about the vacuous lives of Z rank 'famous' people. 020
Ahsha Reid @deerbitz.bsky.social · 10/05/2025Getting ethics approval is so awkward. I just want to send out an internal questionnaire, but it all has to be open, transparent, and approved, if I want it to be viable work.
