![Usually when I am writing/roleplaying as a character whose main language isn't English, I use [bracketed dialogue] as if to imply if you are viewing / imagining it in your head you are seeing the subtitles instead of what they're actually saying. In Zinovia's case, her main language is Japanese. Her Japanese heritage is quite important to her, but I also know that Japanese is a difficult language! For ex there are different ways to say the same thing depending on the status between yourself and the other party.
Since I used... Google Translate, it's probably not right and doesn't sound as exactly as intended. But it also wouldn't really make much sense for Zinovia to diegetically be speaking English where she is, especially.
So the translation goes (Only translating her Japanese lines)
