Happy Christmas Eve and Merry Christmas to everyone on here! Remember it doesn’t have to be big and noisy to be meaningful. We are just home from the hospital and one of us is recovering from major surgery. It will be small and quiet. It’s still Christmas. It’s a feeling. Love and light to all!!!

Don’t be ashamed to mention it if you feel that you can’t manage. Talking will save lives. #InternationalMensDay

International mens Day

Don't be ashamed to MENtion it,
If you feel that you can't MANage;
Please talk about your feelings
Rather than soldiering on and trying to silently cover the damage.
Open up, don't MAN up,
Save each other and yourself;
MEN are only huMANs too,
And need to be honest about their MENtal health.
