Side note: some people in this fandom are WAY too accustomed to babying Lucifer and justifying every single thing he does, while blaming Chloe for every minor flaw. I hope this sparks some good introspection as to why that happens, but I'm afraid some aren't ready for this conversation.

I'm not saying you should lie and say you love something when you don't, but the first rule of fanfiction used to be (and still should be) don't like, don't read. If you aren't enjoying a fic, step away. If you can't understand why a character acts a certain way, maybe pay more attention.

By the way, this is exactly how fandoms die. There are people out there taking time out of their days to gift (yes, GIFT) something and some feel entitled enough to offer unsolicited critique on free labor to the point people lose their spark or motivation. It's simply unacceptable.
