Can't believe i just wrote this today. I still need to heavily edit it but i'm exhausted now. Enjoy! :3

Screenshot of text:
"I reached a quiet stream at dawn. My eyes were closing involuntarily, i was nodding off constantly while Aria was trotting under me tiredly. I unmounted and fell on my knees to splash ice cold water on my face. I was trying desperately to stay awake but the exhaustion was so overwhelming. Birdsong lulled me into a sense of security. It was peaceful here. I could take a nap… just a short one or at least it’s what I told myself."

Excerpt

The mixed smell of ale, garlic and grilled meat filled my nose, making me nauseous. Men were cheering and spilling their beers as they chanted to the music. At the end of the long table, seating mixed bannermen, was a vertical table, seating my father, his inner counsel and Capricio. They were engaged in lively chatter, talking about the hunt when we approached the table.
“This is my lovely wife, Queen Koralyn.” My father announced proudly to Capricio as my mother sat down next to my father. “And this,” he continued with an uncomfortable long break for Capricio to analyze me.
“Is my daughter Gemina, who you will take to Mosspeak tomorrow.”
