I finished Unassimilable today & Bianca Mabute-Louie spends time on Colorblind Racial Ideology & how it's affected BIPOC in the U.S., not just Asians, & how some BIPOC buy into that ideology not realizing the harm in doing so. This is adjacent to the Model Minority Myth. /8

Folks, I only got to watch the first AsAm to win the French Open b/c all my teachers that year decided the finals were more important. Michael & his brother used to go to & play for my school. His S5Ep4 of 30 for 30, "American Son", is worth the watch.

Brain went so far off the rails that my available processing ability wasn't enough to explain how it's everything all at once or to focus on 1 thing to calm the fuck down. BFF suggested fave movie. Then I remembered ice cold resets a system & new Criminal Minds episode dropped today.

Today's project is set up my bujo for this week since I didn't do it Friday (usual day for it) or yesterday. But now I don't want to write on these pages. I painted & decorated my room in my parents' house in lavender & light green back when they weren't a color combo. Wish I could do that again.

I can't stop thinking about Alito's racist run on Chinese immigrants at the time of Wong Kim Ark's case & Iranians at the hearing. People don't understand how deeply racist the gov was to Chinese people & Asians in general. His wife put up those flags outside their house my 🫏 Learn something. ⬇️

There are too many coincidences for me in my case. From the website changing after I mentioned it in my attempt to contact them to them sending it TODAY the day after I dispute the charge for not receiving the order. That same day, middle of the night pre-shipment to accepted is also unusual. /9
