It is October 1st and fall is settling in to Nova Scotia. The trees are changing to to their beautiful colours but it means an end to summer and warm days. #forestfriday #ECK #autumn

As a thunderstorm went by us, it was lighly raining late evening and our ruby throated hummmingbirds came to eat. I was so excited as I had 4 of them at one of my feeders! They were so fun to watch as the ate and chased each other for about half an hour. #BestOfJuly #BirdOfTheDay #ECK
