It's a beautiful fall day in Seattle Washington. Bright orange leaves have fallen onto this path that goes through a tunnel of golden foliage. Green shrubs can be seen in the front with orange foliage on the left and yellow foliage still clinging to a large tree on the right. This was early in the morning and I'm lost somewhere on Bainbridge Island Washington. I love roads that you can get out on to photograph without fear of being run over =) The photo is of a dark road with yellow lines down the middle; silhouettes of majestic fir a trees line each side of the road and at the end is a shroud of fog. Very mysterious!

A road in Vermont early in the morning last fall. No one else is on the road with me so I get out in the silence to take photographs. There is fog at the end of the road. Orange fallen leaves line up perfectly on each side of the road and beautiful autumn foliage still on trees stand guard on each side.

Tipsoo Lake in Mount Rainier National Park, WA State in the summer. The pristine lake has a turquoise/jade tint to it since it was created from ice melt & the meadow surrounding it is covered in wildflowers. It is early in the morning and the sunrise is casting sunbeams down onto the lake. There's early morning fog still in the basin at the bottom of the mountains. The sky is painted orange, yellow, and blue. It was definitely worth the early morning hike!
