It is 15 years today since the MV Rena struck Ōtāiti, a disaster met with an incredible response and the rescue of 365 little blue penguins. This event inspired the award-winning book 'Mōtītī Blue and the Oil Spill' which captures the environmental impact and recovery efforts.

Wow, I had the absolute honour of watching 'Shakespeare in Love' last night at the 16th Avenue Theatre!
