I don't drink coffee. I have a little juice usually before I leave and then at work I have a thermos cup of ice water. On occasion, I might have a hot chocolate if I feel I need something more than water. Like today.

Don't generally eat breakfast during the week. Weekends I like eggs and either bacon or hash browns. Depends on what I have in the freezer.

Keep an eye on that! I've been sick with a medication side effect since July 17th. Been meeting with doctors alot. Have bloodwork to do today. I'm tired of it all Grampa!

Agree. I think grocery stores should only stock Canadian made/grown foods. If we don't make that product, use one of the other countries. We need to expand the local grown market!

Hi Vivian. I'm definitely doing better. Tests confirmed I have no bug/parasite but slight possibility of c,difficile. We might test for that but more likely it's medication related so we've dropped the dosage. Thank you for asking!

Thanks. I'm not really a fan of papaya. I'm sticking to the applesauce, banana and toast diet but have been eating soups and crackers. Now trying to add other stuff but nothing has actually helped so far.

Good idea! I think it was a chicken and rice bowl that did it to me. I didn't add lettuce but there were other veggies. Otherwise I can't think of what it might have been.
