We focuses on work using the guise of a letter to write to a fear food, a common experience for people in recovery from eating disorder/food obsession. Here's a great summary from dietician Erin Reeves, RD. Fear foods can be common things like oatmeal or even fruit salad! #eatingdisorderrecovery
a neon bright bowl of ice cream is superimposed with the words Fear Food: foods that feel unsafe, triggering, and emotionally charged… for people with fear foods, consuming those foods—or even thinking about them—can increase negative thoughts or feelings and attributes that quote to dietician Erin Reeves.
