I was interviewed today by a newspaper for a possible recommendation for people to vote for me. I thought maybe I talked too much or didn't make sense. After seeing this - I realize I probably didn't do so badly after all. Julie London for Sarasota County Commission, District 4

In Sarasota, Florida, residents are being asked if they want their neighborhood turned into a special taxing district in order to guarantee clean air and water. Since when did that become a new normal? dearbubbie.substack.com/p/the-twist-...

In Sarasota, FL a record number of petitions came in to move my name JULIE LONDON to the ballot for Sarasota County Commission, District 4. Trevor Noah asked us what we could do in this historic moment. I decided to run for office to give people a choice. Turns out, both sides wanted it. Onward!

Dear Bubbie @dearbubbie.bsky.social · 09/05/2026

Can we make these poll numbers work for us in the midterms - despite the rigged gerrymandering? Will enough fed-up Republicans actually go blue to stop this maniac?

We have Trevor Noah to thank for my campaign for Sarasota (FL) Commission, District 4. We are working our butts off to get petitions signed by Monday so we qualify for the ballot. Noah asked: What can you say you did during these historic times? Me? I ran for office. BLOG in first comment section.
