My god my points would be made so much fucking better if I could fucking type without typos goodness lol

However that isn't collectively true everywhere in the country. Which I think is true for about every field right now. The horrid truth is that now job is safe right now, capitalism is eating itself and taking is down with it. Fuck all these motherfuckers.

dealingdreams @dealingdreams.bsky.social · 29/09/2026

It's a control tactic like most things these white supremacist fuck heads do...it's about who they want in these fields and as well as about which jobs bring in the most money for the fucking red white and blue...the art field is notoriously underpaid and competitive. Some jobs for sure pay well.

dealingdreams @dealingdreams.bsky.social · 29/09/2026

It's besides the point cause it's clear that types of jobs arent viewed as valuable...some they are trying to have ai take others they only want a specific type of person to be able to actually gain a degree in because again employers are in fact still gonna be putting a degree as a qualification.

100

dealingdreams @dealingdreams.bsky.social · 29/09/2026

vision while also hearing other perspectives on literally everything etc etc...so yeah for sure graphic design can be self taught but again employers look for degrees unless you have a fuck ton of experience but experience with no degree is fucking hard. All of this is besides the point tho.

dealingdreams @dealingdreams.bsky.social · 29/09/2026

Having folks ready and available to give critique. Pushing you to learn the basics. I wish some things were actually taught to me in school like fucking copyright law...but regardless I think folks forget that college isn't teaching you what to think but how to think for yourself, to balance your...

100

dealingdreams @dealingdreams.bsky.social · 29/09/2026

how technical graphic design actually is...having a good eye for design and being able to make something pretty is in fact only part of what goes into graphic design. It is for sure something you can be self taught but the value in learning from an instructor is also the forum.

dealingdreams @dealingdreams.bsky.social · 29/09/2026

I have no illusions that literally anything about my identity including my fucking job will be respected but this fucking administration but like...you absolutely need a degree for most employers to even look at your resume in this fucking country. I also don't think folks understand exactly...

I basically never want carpet again after pulling up a recently vacuumed carpet and still finding it fucking disgusting...and yaknow I think that's life sometimes you stop wanting things when you know more about it lol

It was a damn good margarita. We got two of them lol 🤣

Years ago I went to Ocean City Maryland with some friends. We went to this Mexican food place on the boardwalk, ordered a big ass margarita. I just remember looking over at the bar to see them pouring a full bottle worth of tequila into it. I genuinely have no stopped thinking about it since.

only time I mind a "toxic" dynamic between characters is if there is only one freak. If it's a one-sided freak situation...ew...but give me mutual freak!!?? Two characters equally insane about each other!? I do not care what crimes are committed or how codependent they are I will probably love it

I do think someone should have warned me that if I were to watch #TGCF I would then need to watch #MDZS which then means I need both the danmei & manhua for both...which means I also need the English but also the original Chinese translation because of course...and I also art for my walls

Some level of self-hatred is required if you are to be a favorite character of mine

I'm knowingly taking #zutura bait but I'm cool with it. Give me my babies looking at each other and that's enough for me.
